Driving problems with my 1990 Buick Le Sabre, bumping and clicking noise while driving?

Well my 1990 Buick Le Sabre just started making this clicking noise whenever I turn, and also when its driving it just started making this bumpy feeling, the feeling also increases when I turn. It feels like the front right wheel or back right wheel is about to fall off, and that is where the sounds are coming from. WHat could be the problem? How could I fix this myself?
