I have a 2003 buick rendezvous making loud noise in rear end, could it be a bad wheel bearing?

2003 buick rendezvous CXL is making a loud noise when i start driving, it appears to be coming from the rear left of the car, just wondering if this could be a bad wheel bearing.I have a 2003 buick rendezvous making loud noise in rear end, could it be a bad wheel bearing?Well, being its an all wheel drive vehicle, its most likely a bad rear CV joint. Take a look under there and see if the boots are still intact. If they are broken open, or missing chunks, then the grease has escaped and your eating the CV joints up as you drive. You didn't mention what type of noise, a thumping, ticking, scraping type or what, and how long the noise lasts, so its hard to tell. If you happen to have a higher end model with 4 wheel disc brakes, it could just be rust forming on the rear calipers.I have a 2003 buick rendezvous making loud noise in rear end, could it be a bad wheel bearing?could be but thats low on my list

1 parking brake stuck

2 loose wheel

3 stuck brake caliper

then maybe bearing
