What kind of anti-freeze do I use on a 82' Buick Riviera?

Is there anything I should know about the 82' Buick Riviera? What kind of anti-freeze do I use on a 82' Buick Riviera?a 50/50 mixture of ethylene glycol(the green stuff)and distilled water. What kind of anti-freeze do I use on a 82' Buick Riviera?Antifreeze is antifreeze. There is more then 1 type like the orange stuff that GM calls for in there new cars, but it all does 2 things. #1 keeps the water from freezing and keep it from boiling.

A 50% mix of water and antifreeze will work in your car.

Best to buy a gal of 100% antifreeze and mix it yourself, then buying 50/50 mix. Why here is why.

Lets say 1 gal of 50/50 cost $8.00 well that means you are spending $4.00 for a 1/2 ga of water.

So buy 100% antifreeze and mix it yourself.

Empty the radiator and pour in 1 gal of antifreeze and then fill it will water. THis will be 50/50.

Hope this helps and thank you for your questionWhat kind of anti-freeze do I use on a 82' Buick Riviera?GREEN OUT, GREEN IN. NEVER MIX EXTENDED LIFE AND EYTHEL GLYCOL TOGETHER ITLL MAKE A GUMMY MESS AND CLOGGED HEADS AND RADIATOR. USE REGULAR PRESTONE AS DESCRIBED BY DON'S AUTO.
