To press the new one on is to buy an extra lug nut and
put some washers between stud and lug nut.
Tighten lug nut and the stud will pull into hub.
Add grease between washer makes it a little easier.
You can hold the hub from turning by putting

What you need is a good metal punch, A pair of locking plies to hold punch, a 2 to five pound hammer. Grip the punch firmly with locking pliers, place punch in the middle of broken stud and hit it as hard as you can without missing and damaging something else. After a couple of good lick it will move. The only reason you wouldn't want to use a hammer is if you were to strike the stud itself. Because if did so you would flare the end of stud and make it impossible to get threw the smaller hole. This is the way I've always done it an have been working around mechanical stuff all my life.
