95 buick roadmaster LT1 overheats with the airconditioner off?

but when i turn the air on it stops overheating. i have changed a temp sensor in front of the water pump still does the same thing can someone help with other info95 buick roadmaster LT1 overheats with the airconditioner off?Does the radiator fan come on when the A/C is off? Does it come on when the A/C is on? Sometimes there are two circuits for turning on the radiator fan. You could have a problem with one of them. I would start by looking for broken or damaged wires and checking the fuses both under the dash and under the hood.95 buick roadmaster LT1 overheats with the airconditioner off?if you have the owners manual look for your fuses and relays on the underside of the cover it tells you what is in there ...find the fan relays ..one of them may be bad ........ you have 2 cooling fans 1 is for cooling with NO a/c on and both kick on when a/c is on ....... are both fans running with a/c on ? or just 1 fan ...... if just one fan the motor may be bad on the other fan.....a repair shop can test it for you
